Bimini Waterfront Cottages Overview
We have three cottages on the property:
Ernie’s Cottage – 3 bedrooms (waterfront)
West Wing Cottage – 2 bedrooms (set back ~80 feet from the water)
Martin’s Cottage – 1 bedroom (waterfront)
Ernie’s and Martin’s are right on the water. West Wing is very close to the water, but set back approximately 80 feet.
Seasonal Rate Definitions (Applies to All Cottages)
HIGH Season: March 1 – mid-September
MEDIUM Season: November & December
LOW Season: Mid-September – October 31 and January & February
There is a 2-night minimum stay.

Discounts (All Cottages)
10% discount for stays of 7+ days
20% discount for stays of 28+ days
We do not negotiate rates.
There is no VRBO fee when booking directly (typically ~10%).
Booking & Cancellation Policies (All Cottages)
Payment Timing
If booking fewer than 30 days in advance:
100% of rent + cleaning fee due at booking
If booking 30+ days in advance:
Option to pay 100% upfront or
Pay 50% to book, remaining 50% due no later than 15 days before arrival
No reminders or invoices are sent — please calendar your second payment
If second payment is not received by the deadline, the deposit is forfeited
Cancellation Policy
100% refund if canceled 14+ days before arrival
50% refund if canceled 7+ days before arrival
No weather guarantees (except major tropical storms shutting down the area)
Travelers insurance is strongly recommended

Dates are blocked upon receipt of payment. Please notify us when payment is sent.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in (and boat arrival): 3:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
If needed, bags may be left in the laundry shed (if space allows) until 2:30 PM at your own risk.
No access to cottages, bathrooms, or showers after checkout.

Clear customs near Bimini Big Game Club
Approach via the new channel north toward Resort World, pass cottages ~200 yards, then swing south into the old channel
Dock is in front of the teal-colored cottages

Dock use is a courtesy and at your own risk
No marina services
No electricity (hose available)
Please do not chum the water

Take a taxi after clearing customs
