Payment Timing

If booking fewer than 30 days in advance:

• 100% of rent + cleaning fee due at booking

If booking 30+ days in advance:

• Option to pay 100% upfront or

• Pay 50% to book, remaining 50% due no later than 15 days before arrival

• No reminders or invoices are sent — please calendar your second payment

• If second payment is not received by the deadline, the deposit is forfeited

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if canceled 14+ days before arrival

• 50% refund if canceled 7+ days before arrival

• No weather guarantees (except major tropical storms shutting down the area)

• Travelers insurance is strongly recommended
